Set goals and immediate do\u2019s\/don\u2019ts.<br \/>\nSession 2 \u2014 De-escalation + Repair<br \/>\nStop escalation in real time. Learn a short repair script and how to come back together after conflict.<br \/>\nSession 3 \u2014 Communication Reset<br \/>\nReplace criticism\/defensiveness with clear requests, active listening, and \u201cwhat I need\u201d language.<br \/>\nSession 4 \u2014 Needs, Boundaries, and Agreements<br \/>\nClarify emotional needs and boundaries. Create 2\u20133 concrete agreements (including conflict rules).<br \/>\nSession 5 \u2014 Rebuilding Connection<br \/>\nShift from roommates to partners: shared meaning, appreciation, affection, and weekly rituals.<br \/>\nSession 6 \u2014 The Hard Topic Session<br \/>\nHandle the issue you avoid (sex, money, parenting, in-laws, resentment).
